Salaamun ‘Alaykum,
Welcome to today’s edition of the Daily Nurture.
The first ten days and nights of Dhul Hijjah are considered to be blessed and virtuous, and thus it is highly encouraged to carry out as much acts of worship as possible in them.
عَنْ أَنَس بْن مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ : إِنَّ فِي الجَنَّةِ لَشَجَرَةٌ يَسِيْرُ الرَّاكِبُ فِي ظِلِّهَا مِائَةَ عَامٍ لاَ يَقْطَعُهَا
Anas bin Malik رضي الله تعالى عنه reported from the Prophet ﷺ:
“There is a tree in Paradise (so big and huge that) if a rider travels in its shade for one hundred years, he will not be able to cross it”.

Subhanallah! May Allah grant us the favour [despite our sins and disobedience] of being admitted into Jannah and to witness this tree. Ameen.
