Double your Reward in Seconds

Friday Reminder: Pray Surah al-Kahf during the day (and apply the below for extra reward).

قَالَ عُمَرُ : يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِحْتَسِبُوْا أَعَمَالَكُمْ فَإِنَّ مَنْ إِحْتَسَبَ عَمَلَهُ كُتِبَ لَهُ أَجْرُعَمَلِهِ وَأَجْرُ حِسْبَتِهِ

‘Umar [ibn al-Khattab] رضي الله تعالى عنه said:

“O people! Seek the reward of your deeds solely from Allah, for whoever does so shall have inscribed (written) for him the reward of his deeds, as well as the reward of seeking his reward from Allah”.

How merciful is our Lord, that not only does he reward us for the deed itself, but he doubles the rewards for simply understanding that only He is capable of rewarding us for it!
