Abu Darda ุฑุถู ุงููู ุชุนุงูู ุนูู said:
Three things are pivotal in the matter of anyone among the children of Adam [ุนููู ุงูุณูุงู ]: that he does not complain about his calamity to others; he does not inform others about his illness; and he does not utter any words to express his lack of faults.
